Our processing time is 1-8 weeks depending on the complexity of the piece.
Smaller items such as collars & buckle sets are usually dispatched within 1-2 weeks. Please allow for up to 8 weeks for other garments. This is because every item is handmade in our studio by our small team.
We have a ready to ship section here. These items are dispatched within 1-2 working days.

Do you offer a rush service?
We do offer a rush service for a 15% fee.
To arrange this, please get in touch with us before ordering at hello@mmlatex.com.
Please note: During busy periods we may not be able to accommodate rush order requests.
Can I get my order for a specific date/event?
We will always try to accommodate orders needed for a future event (within reason), however please get in touch with us beforehand to confirm this.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for international orders unless express shipping is purchased. This is because orders placed with standard shipping may be subject to customs delays.
Do you accept custom orders?
We do accept custom design orders, please email us at hello@mmlatex for more information.

Can I edit/cancel my order?
You can amend or cancel your order before production on your order has started. Please email hello@mmlatex.com with your order number and required amendments.
Can I see more images of specific colours?

For additional photos from our supplier, please email us at hello@mmlatex.com, specifying the colors you would like to see. We are also pleased to offer swatch-sized samples upon request, which can be sent to you prior to placing an order.

Do you do collaborations/gifting?
As we are a small business making handcrafted items, we prefer to prioritise our paying customers.
We do occasionally collaborate with content creators, however this is at our discretion and is dependent on our current workload.
Do you have a physical store?
Currently we do not have a physical shop location open to the public.
Do you offer returns/exchanges?
We accept exchanges for (unworn) faulty or not as described items within 15 days of you receiving the order.
Exchanges for unworn, unpolished standard sized garments may be accepted at our discretion.
Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns/exchanges for knickers, thongs or bodysuits. Please make sure you refer to our size guide before ordering, and double check your measurements. We are always happy to help if you are unsure of which size to order.
Made to measure pieces cannot be exchanged, however if the fit isn't perfect we are happy to work with you to make any necessary adjustments.
Do you offer loans?
We are happy to offer loans for editorials, photoshoots & styling. Please get in touch at PRESS@MMLATEX.COM for more information.
Currently we only loan our garments within the UK.

Do you offer discreet packaging?
Yes! All of our orders are sent in nondescript packaging with no branding.
However, for legal reasons international orders must contain general information about the package contents on the customs label.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Orders placed from outside the UK may incur customs fees of up to 20%.
These charges are determined by your country's customs policies and are the responsibility of the buyer.
It is important to be aware that you will be responsible for paying these fees before receiving your order.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! We are happy to offer worldwide shipping. All orders are shipped tracked and insured.
Sizing
How do I choose the right size?
In order to choose the correct size please refer to our size guide here.
When using the guide, use your actual body measurements, making sure not to pull the tape measure too tight, or too loose. We size down our garments by around 10% to ensure a tight fit (as seen in our photos) with no wrinkles/bagginess.
To get the most accurate measurements, we highly recommend asking a friend to help, or visiting a local seamstress.
We do not accept exchanges/returns on non-faulty items so it's very important to double check your size before ordering. Do not just pick your usual size as our guide may differ from other brands.

I'm inbetween sizes, which size should I get?
If you're in-between sizes we usually recommend sizing down for a tight fit and sizing up for a comfortable, but not baggy fit.

We are happy to offer made to measure sizing on all of our garments.

Please note: We are not responsible for incorrect fitting of the garments when measurements are provided by the buyer, so it is important to double check these before submitting your order. A remaking fee will apply if incorrect measurements are supplied.
Do you offer an in-person measuring service?
Unfortunately as our studio is not open to the public, we do not offer an in-person measuring service.
If you are struggling to get accurate measurements we highly recommend asking a friend to help, or visiting a local seamstress.
Latex Care
How do I care for my latex?
After enjoying your latex, you must clean it under lukewarm running water or in a sink/tub for larger pieces.
You can use mild detergent/dish soap or a latex cleaner such as Viviclean. Hang to drip dry.
Once fully dried, coat in a thin layer of talc powder and store in a cool, dry place away from direct heat or sunlight (which can damage/stain the latex)
Do not store dark coloured latex next to light coloured latex as this can cause staining. Also, be careful to prevent light coloured latex from coming into contact with metal hardware such as zippers,eyelets etc. For pieces with zippers, we recommend storing your garment with a piece of tissue paper inside to prevent the zipper from coming into contact with the latex.
Nicotine, sunlight and excessive handling can also cause staining to light coloured latex, so please keep this in mind when choosing a colour.
How do I shine my latex?
When your garments arrive, they will be coated in a light layer of talc. This is to seal the glue, and to protect it during shipping.
To shine your latex (as seen in our photos) you will need to apply a latex shiner. There are many different brands available, but we recommend Vivishine.
First, you must clean the talc off your latex. You can do this under lukewarm running water or in a sink/tub for larger pieces. You can use mild detergent/dish soap or a latex cleaner such as Viviclean.
Then, fill a tub or sink with lukewarm water and apply a few drops of Vivishine to the water. A little goes a long way - for large (such as catsuits) or several pieces use a capful, for small lingerie items only a drop or two is required.
Move the latex around in the water to make sure the shiner is evenly distributed, and leave to soak for a few minutes. Hang to drip dry.
If marks appear on your latex during the drying process, don’t worry! These are residual water marks and will disappear once the garment is fully dried.
Is your latex chlorinated?
No, our items are not chlorinated.
How do I remove stains from latex?
Unfortunately in most cases latex stains cannot be removed. We would like to emphasise cleaning and storing your latex properly is very important, especially for lighter coloured latex. For full care instructions please see our guide here.
We are not liable for staining resulting from improper latex care. However, if you need any assistance or guidance on how to properly care for your latex items, please feel free to contact us.
